Sales advisor to founders

Sales is where the truth shows up.

I help founders and small sales teams use real calls, messages, pipeline data and active deals to find what is slowing revenue down—and fix the part that is actually broken.

Current working question Where does the momentum disappear?

“In this era, the bottleneck isn’t building things. It’s being able to sell and validate them.”

— Wes Lemos

Start with the symptom

Bring me the part that doesn’t make sense.

Similar sales symptoms can have completely different causes. More activity is expensive when the real problem is the audience, offer, conversation or next step.

SIGNAL 01 Diagnosing
What you see

Not enough conversations

What may actually be wrong

Weak targeting, low relevance, the wrong channel or an offer without a reason to act now.

What I examine

ICP, audience data, trigger events, profile, message and outreach sequence.

A bad target is not fixed by better objection handling.

Listening well enough to make someone feel heard is part of the work.

The Sales Truth Loop

I don’t start with a playbook. I start with the evidence.

We work on the live thing: the call that went sideways, the proposal that stopped moving, the message that is not landing and the numbers that do not add up.

  1. 01

    Collect the evidence

Calls, messages, wins, losses, stages, follow-up, offer and current metrics.

  2. 02

    Find the break

Locate the exact point where momentum drops, then separate the visible symptom from the likely cause.

  3. 03

    Fix the real cause

Change the target, offer, message, conversation, next step, process or coaching behavior creating the loss.

  4. 04

    Practice on live work

Apply the change to current deals and conversations, not imaginary role-play alone.

  5. 05

    Measure and learn

Keep what works, document why it worked and turn judgment into a repeatable system.

Operating proof, not guru proof

Built in the field. Still in the field.

Sales Connector gave me a front-row seat to thousands of real sales conversations—and to the campaigns, replies, meetings, wins and misses around them. That operating data matters, but the useful part is still human judgment: hearing what the buyer is saying, noticing where energy changes and knowing what to test next.

Founder Sales Advisory

Weekly or biweekly work on the real decisions underneath sales: active deals, calls, pricing, offer clarity, hiring, forecast and the move from founder instinct to a teachable system.

  • Live deal and call review
  • Offer, message and follow-up decisions
  • Founder-to-team transfer
  • Sales process and coaching cadence
Talk through the fit

About pricing: I scope the useful work after a fit conversation. If I cannot see a real problem I can help solve, I will tell you that directly.

Notes from the operator

I didn’t set out to become a sales coach.

I started building businesses in 1997, after making my first stock-investment website from a library because I did not own a computer. Since then my path has moved through media, nonprofit work and fundraising, software, marketing, AI, sales technology and more than a few expensive lessons.

I have worked on projects with Fortune 100 companies and solo founders. I have hired more than 20 sales reps. Since 2018, I have led thousands of one-on-one conversations with founders, decision-makers and sales teams—discovering, setting, closing, coaching and listening for the moment a real opportunity changes direction.

That is the work I bring here. Not a certificate. Pattern recognition earned by building, selling, hiring, missing things and going back to the evidence.

The point of view

The market is always talking. Most companies are not listening carefully enough.

Target

A bad target is not fixed by better objection handling.

Offer

A weak reason to buy is not fixed by more follow-up.

Conversation

Your CRM records the stage. The conversation explains the truth.

System

The best sales system preserves what is human and makes what works repeatable.

AI

AI can make sales faster. It cannot make a weak reason to buy more meaningful.
